Product reviews

We invite customers to post a review of a purchased product. In doing so, they help other customers make a good choice. Reviews from verified buyers indicate that the product was actually purchased through our webshop.

We publish both positive and negative product reviews. Before publication, we check reviews for language use and relevance. Reviews must relate to the product itself. Messages about, for example, delivery, customer service, or other topics are not posted as product reviews.

Reviews are checked as soon as possible and usually within one week of submission.

Settling intra-community (ICP) supplies without VAT

Business customers from an EU country other than the Netherlands can order without Dutch VAT using a valid European VAT identification number.

Enter your company name and VAT identification number during the ordering process. We will verify the VAT identification number against the European VIES database. After a valid verification, the order can be processed as an intra-community supply with 0% VAT.

The VAT is subsequently declared by the purchaser in the country where the undertaking is established, in accordance with Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC.

When the VAT identification number is not valid or if the conditions for an intra-Community supply are not met, the applicable VAT shall be charged.

For other products, we utilize the stock of selected partners. We regularly receive up-to-date stock information and use this to display availability on our websites as accurately as possible. Although we make every effort to prevent errors, it is possible that stock or delivery information may not be completely current. If anything does not proceed as expected, we will contact you and look for a suitable solution as soon as possible.
