The upgraded inner pot is made from high quality 304 stainless steel (18/8) and has silicone handles for easy lifting and moving, as well as a flat, three-layer bottom for the ultimate searing and sautéing. Cook in your Instant Pot, or transfer the inner pot to an electric, ceramic, gas or induction hob, or to an oven set to a maximum of 230°C, then pop it in the dishwasher for a quick clean.
Wide range of adjustable temperatures
With an adjustable temperature range from 70°F (21°C) to 450°F (232°C), you can do everything from grilling at a high temperature to drying food at a low temperature, all in the same pot.

Wat een apparaat, de snelkookpan, slowcooker en airfryer zijn de deur uit. Deze Duo crisp kan dit alles ook en nog veel meer. Makkelijk te bedienen, snel, en persoonlijk minder “spannend” dan een reguliere snelkookpan (ik vond het altijd een beetje eng op het vuur). Voordeel van de instant pot is dat er online heel veel filmpjes en recepten te vinden zijn, inspiratie genoeg. Klein nadeel is dat de slowcooker functie allleen een Low en High stand heeft ik had gedacht dat je de temperatuur kon instellen maar helaas. Yoghurt maken kan dan ook niet met deze instant pot.
