Hier vind je ons volledige aanbod voor zowel koud als warm roken, inclusief vele accessoires zoals boeken voor inspiratie, diverse smaken houtmot, houtsnippers en verschillende apparaten van handheld smoker tot complete rookoven. 

Er zijn twee manieren om te roken. Koudroken (10°C tot 25°C) waarbij de gerechten eerst worden gepekeld of op een andere manier (bijvoorbeeld sous-vide) gegaard, en warmroken (40°C tot 110°C).

Onze smoking guns rookapparaten zijn voor het koudroken, hierbij gebruik je houtmot (ook wel rookmot genoemd). Deze handheld apparaten zijn geschikt om bijvoorbeeld aan tafel je gerechten en/of dranken met een fantastisch effect te serveren. 

De rookoven is voor het warmroken, hiervoor raden wij onze houtsnippers aan. 

Op de verschillende pagina's van houtmot en snippers kan je meer lezen over de smaken en waar je ze goed bij kan gebruiken.
